In this example document, the Testator has modified provisions of his Last Will and Testament due to unanticipated changes in his life that affect his final wishes. The Testator does not need to write a new Will because there are only minor modifications that need to be made, such as replacing the named Executor in his Will because the Executor has passed away.
This Codicil does not revoke a Last Will and Testament in its entirety. Therefore depending on your individual needs, if you want to make more than three modifications to your Last Will and Testament, we suggest that you draw up an entirely new Last Will and Testament revoking all previously drawn Codicils and Wills.
